The mezzanine entrance to Park Avenue Plaza is a
showcase for Frank Stella's Racetrack painting.
The client logo letterforms had to be seen as the lead
building tenant but in discrete way to remain
secondary to this iconic artwork.

Within a small space overlooking the studium
playing area, the client logo is presented in a
